4 Funds Withdrawal

General Bonus Terms

6 Game Rules

  • All game outcomes generated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system certified by an independent auditing body are final and cannot be disputed.

  • Members may request to close their own account at any time via account settings or by contacting the support team.
  • Before account closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to the member once the necessary investigation is complete.
  • Accounts suspended due to a fraud investigation will not receive any payments until the investigation is completed and a final decision is made.
  • Members who request account closure for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) will not be permitted to open a new account within the specified period.
